How do I know what service to choose?

Read the descriptions and bios of the practitioners and see what service resonates with you most. We recommend downloading the Ultimate Energetic Self-Care Guide to help you with your modality decisions.

How do I book a service?

Simply click BOOK NOW; a calendar will appear with available dates and times and your practitioner will have details of the terms of service including price. A minimal 4% transaction fee will be applied to your booking.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Go to your bookings in the Soulshape App and in the calendar click REQUEST...

How do I get a refund?

Select Cancel Service within My Account and that's it, you're done. All cancellations 24hrs prior to your appointment can be cancelled with a full refund. Or you can email us at support@soulshape.app.

How do I educate myself on different modalities?

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to receive updates and information on different services. Souljym is offering a free download of terms and definitions of the variety of different modalities offered in the Soulshape app. This Ultimate Energetic Self-Care Guide is available here: FREE DOWNLOAD

How do I start?

Share and educate your modality by posting a listing of your service for FREE! Once you list your services then customers are free to book!

How do I sell my service on Soulshape?

Sign-up and create your profile. You can share your listing in a multiple of categories. You choose where your modality is best showcased. If a new category needs to be created, we are here to help. Once your listings are live, customers can begin purchasing.

What services can I offer on Soulshape?

You you can list classes, private/group sessions, workshops, events, retreats, corporate wellness programs and travel experiences.

Can you make changes or edits to your listing?

Absolutely! Just log-in and edit anytime.

Can I choose more than one category for the same listing?

Yes you can list your service in any category that applies to your modality. List of Modalities

Can I offer more than one service?

Of course! Soulshape is excited about all the offerings our spiritual teachers & practitioners can provide by creating a brand that customers can trust and recognize.

How do I share my service through Soulshape?

Your listing will have a direct link to share on social media and the ability to embed on to your website, including the official Soulshape badge.

Payment

How do I get paid?

In the Sign-up process, you will need to create or connect a Stripe Account before you can publish any listings. For those with existing Stripe accounts it may appear you are creating a new account, we can assure you that you are not. We do not have access to your account or financial information. Nor would we want that responsibility. Once a booking occurs, money will be deposited in your bank account less an 8% service fee (for the "8" vibration - abundance for all) plus 3% credit card fees.

Are rates by the hour or flat fees?

This is totally up to you and your rate with the terms of your service will be included and set by you in your listing.

How do I get notified of a booking? Calendar?

The Soulshape app has notification settings that notify you immediately of a booking.

Cancellation and refund policy?

Customers can cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

What kind of support do you offer practitioners?

Contact us anytime, we are here to help. We also provide posting guidelines for practitioners when it comes to listing their services. Set up a SoulShape meeting on the app to speak with us directly via zoom or phonemail.

Reviews, Verification, & Benefits

Managing reviews?

The best way to expand your business is with great reviews! You can delete reviews but cannot edit. The best way to handle a negative review is to get more positive reviews.

How do you verify practitioners?

We review your profile and background provided when you sign up in order to make sure that everyone listed on Soulshape is a real business. Soulshape can personally review a service of yours; subject to Soulshape qualification criteria and approval, a verified banner and badge will be available on your listings. Our team will post a review on Soulshape. The review and badge provides confidence to new clients, which leads to more sales.
